It was a unique experience worth repeating without hesitation! The setting is magnificent, a bubble of serenity. Everything was so beautiful and peaceful. Thanks to the manager for being so welcoming and helpful. Everything was perfect.

The hotel sits in a quiet, peaceful spot surrounded by a lovely garden, and the staff were very helpful, fixing most of the issues we reported, though a few remained unresolved. Unfortunately, we hit a period when the hotel had water supply problems, which was a major inconvenience; the shower water wouldn’t drain, and water leaked from the air conditioning, soaking the floor and forcing us to turn it off.

The mountain setting was beautiful and tranquil, with stunning sunsets, and I enjoyed the pool and the cozy room; the staff were friendly. However, some construction was underway, producing a bit of noise, and lunch one day took almost two hours to arrive—since we were the only guests, we might have ordered earlier at breakfast instead of lunch.

The food options need to be expanded; more variety would improve the dining experience.

The location in the Atlas Mountains is beautiful, and both the staff and the owner are incredibly kind and helpful; Chef Mustafa prepares heavenly, fresh, locally sourced food, and the garden is nicely laid out with plenty of cozy seating spots. Nothing to complain about!
