The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, but the rooms could have had better upkeep. The screen doors were a bit wobbly and the chrome in the bathroom was not very nice.

The grounds of the hotel were really beautiful, but unfortunately, the rooms were a different story. The furniture was old and worn out, and the towels were clean but stained, which was a bit of a turn-off. It's a shame, because the hotel's exterior was so lovely.

Overall, the complex was nice, but we had a major issue with bed bugs in our Penthouse 1 room. It was a huge problem and completely unacceptable, especially considering the price we paid. Needless to say, it was a fatal flaw in an otherwise decent place to stay.

The facilities and dinner at El Fuego are always incredible, but it's a shame that only one of the pools has a Jacuzzi, and on our second night, it was so crowded we couldn't even use it.

The food at the restaurant was absolutely fantastic – I was really impressed with the quality and taste. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was great too. Overall, I'd highly recommend the restaurant to anyone staying at the hotel.
