The location was great, the courtyard was quiet, breakfast was simple, and the pool was pleasantly cool. There was mold on the walls, no windows to ventilate, and the room was right next to the air‑conditioning generators (very loud!). There was no door between the bedroom and bathroom, so everything was one space with no privacy and a pervasive damp smell; there were no places to hang towels, and the building itself was quite old.

Check‑in was early in the morning. Breakfast ran on time, from 08:00. The pool is large and deep. Breakfast could use improvement by adding fruit. Common areas in the Riad were poorly cleaned, with leaks and cracks in the walls, and the room had an unpleasant odor.

The Riad’s owner was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived, offering plenty of useful tips and suggestions on how to experience Marrakech to the fullest. The Riad itself is stunning, spotless, and spacious, featuring a pool and a terrace. 100 % recommended!

The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was good. The location in the medina is excellent. However, the room’s furnishings feel a bit dated, especially the bathroom and toilets, and cleanliness was lacking. The bedding was comfortable.

I stayed in the terrace room, which was beautiful and bright. The pool is small but clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. Even though it’s inside the medina and convenient for walking, the signage is poor; you have to ask around because taxis can’t stop right at the entrance. The building also has some cracks, possibly from the last earthquake. Still, the décor’s beauty, the cleanliness, and the staff’s politeness outweigh these minor flaws.
