The room size and the view from the room were good, and the Lamer was beautiful. The rest of the hotel gave a 1980s vibe. Our room was cold; we reported it but the temperature stayed low. The parking space was very tight. The food in the restaurant was tasty, but everything was too salty.

The restaurant was very good quality, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were also good. The bathroom was a problem.

The location is excellent, close to the center and to the recommended baths. Entry to the baths is free from the hotel (except for the saunas). The gondola ride up the mountain is also free. The hotel staff greet you warmly and help immediately with any request. The room is large, comfortable, clean, and the view is wonderful. Breakfast is indulgent. Parking on site isn’t expensive (8 Swiss francs for 4 nights). In short, we enjoyed it a lot, recommend it, and will come back. We found nothing to complain about.
