“Clean , pleasant accommodation. Good place to escape the very wet weather this week.”
The location was good. Walking, 13 minutes from the subway. Seven 11 very close. The beds were very firm, a bit too hard.
“Perfect stay for Kyoto”
The hotel was very clean with spacious, comfortable rooms. A bus stop was right in front of the hotel and a subway station was only a 3–4 minute walk away, making transport extremely convenient. The room was quite large, especially by Japanese standards. Guests could take as many personal care items as needed from the lobby, which was a nice touch. A 7‑Eleven convenience store was on the ground floor of the building, and on the second floor there was a common room with a microwave available for guests. The second floor also had laundry facilities and a designated smoking room. The hotel was conveniently located, with most major attractions reachable within about 30 minutes. The city center was only a pleasant 15‑minute walk away. Like everywhere else we visited in Japan, the hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Kyoto. Nothing was wrong.
The room was big enough by Japanese standards, the USB charging ports at the entrances were a plus, and the location wasn't bad. However, the rooms weren't cleaned at all—only the trash and towels were changed—which makes me doubt whether the price is justified for the facility.
Checking in was straightforward and the staff were helpful, and there were plenty of hygiene supplies, but the pillows were terrible and the room felt cramped for two people.
“Vacaciones en pareja”
The location. The room was very large. It was very noisy. The high‑traffic area and the noise is a lot if you open the window. The lobby was always full of luggage in transit, creating visual clutter.
