The place was filthy—floors were dirty, there were pubic hairs on the toilet and floor, and the AC sounded like a Mack truck; the location was awful and I didn’t feel safe.

The puctures not what I received. They stuck in Old outdated room Sheets had urine stains,holes in wall dusty cobwebs Dirty. The pictures didn't show this room. If I hadnt of paid I would have left. 1. Old bedspread 2. Dark gloomy 3. Holes in wall 4. Urine stain on sheets 5. Dirty, 6. Cobwebs

I asked for a room without stairs because I’m handicapped, yet they put me in the far back of the hotel and I still had to climb a step; after a long day I returned on Tuesday night, found my door open, and when I called the office I was told no refund would be issued. The manager offered a different room, but I was still uncomfortable staying there; I had come because my home’s heat was out, and that night I had to return to a cold house.
