The “apartment” itself, with a shared bathroom and kitchen, was very clean and the room was quite large. A nice restaurant was nearby! I didn’t realize from the description that the property is just one unit in a huge apartment building, but it was well renovated and spotless.

We found it reasonably priced and booked quickly. Parking is free right next to the street. The owner’s dealings were fine. The building looks shabby from the outside, a tired, old block. The sea is absurdly far. The wooden floor in the room is falling apart. The linens are dusty and old. There’s a shared bathroom and kitchen with several other rooms.

The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the neighbors in the other rooms turned out to be noisy and disrespectful, which negatively affected our stay.

The apartment was cozy, clean, and the host greeted me, showed me around, and explained everything; I parked my car under the windows and the room had a great air‑conditioner that really saved the day, plus excellent internet. Getting to Venice Island takes about 10 minutes on foot to the bus stop, then a 10‑15 minute ride on bus number 6. The only downside was the doors in the rooms slamming loudly, and some guests were rude in the mornings, not realizing they weren’t the only ones staying there.

The flat was spotless and comfy, the host was super friendly and helpful, and they had everything we could need; definitely coming back and would highly recommend it.
