“Curățenia a fost impecabilă, totul organizat la cele mai înalte standarde, iar personalul extrem de responsabil, calm și”

I had an extraordinary experience and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and the entire team. 🙏✨ I went through several interventions and, honestly, in such moments you realize how important it is to have responsible, attentive, and involved people by your side. From start to finish, they were there for any help I needed. Being from the UK with a different phone prefix, it was quite difficult to order room service or organize certain situations, yet the staff helped me every time with patience, respect, and a lot of care. I never felt alone or ignored. ❤️ The cleaning was impeccable, everything was organized to the highest standards, and the staff were extremely responsible, calm, and professional.

“Hotel at accesible price.”

It was a good place to stay for one night after a very long journey. The staff were very kind considering we arrived very late at night. The beds were not very comfortable.

The staff were extremely courteous and the rooms were clean, but the price was far too high for a single room during the Christmas market. The rooms themselves were very small with outdated furniture, and the breakfast was miserably scant.

“Good”

Parking was convenient, but we only received a single blanket.

The building is pretty and welcoming, and the rooms are comfortable, but the shower box is cramped and not very practical.
