The facilities and the cleanliness were good. The food, however, had very little variety on the buffet and low quality; the same stews were served every day.

The beach and pool area were great. The entertainment, though, could use a lot of improvement.

The hotel’s facilities exceeded my expectations, the beach looked beautiful from the hotel, and the pools were large. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The buffet food variety could improve – it’s not bad but very limited. The specialty restaurants are comprehensive yet limited. There are no restrooms near the adult pool, so you have to walk back to your room.

Everything was comfortable and the place was very pretty. They switched my room, and it was annoying because we had to wait for hours without a room. The food could improve. The staff are friendly but the receptionists lack training.
