Location is good in the city center only. 1) Room boy (staff) was asking tips from early morning 7 am only and he has taken money from 2 persons from our family only at the time of checkout if one person gave tips means he should not ask other person without knowing to us 2) extra bed was a foldable bed which is very hard we can't sleep on that bed 3) He is not giving sealed water bottle he gave water in a used bisleri bottle for both the rooms

The location was okay, but the staff talked in a very rude tone, seemed to prefer offline guests because of the low online price, claimed rooms were unavailable after we booked online, and didn’t even provide drinking water.

The location is close to the bus stand, but the rooms were terrible: the bed sheets were the worst, bathrooms were not clean, and we asked the hotel to replace the sheets and pillow covers because they were in awful condition. The reception demanded an extra commission of 200+ rupees on top of the booking price, which felt unfair, especially since the room cost over 2000 rupees. The AC worked, but we were hesitant to walk on the floor without slippers, and even the slippers were extra expensive. The room condition needs improvement; for 2000 rupees it shouldn’t feel like this. Travelers should check rooms near the bus stand that aren’t listed on booking sites.
