The place was comfortable and the location was good.
The restaurant service was poor; after 30 minutes no one took our order, the steak was mediocre and not worth the money, and the air‑con in the room was noisy.

It was my first time in Bunbury and the first time at this hotel, and it sits in the middle of a lot of restaurants and activities; I didn't do much because I just wanted to relax, but I will return to do more activities and stay here again! The hotel was nice, the room was nice, the hospitality was nice, and the guy serving the coffees and breakfast was really enthusiastic!
The place is in a great spot and the restaurant staff, especially Colin, were very professional. The shower over the bath isn’t suitable for older guests.
