The owners were lovely, the single room was really clean, and every extra on the tea/coffee tray was thoughtfully included, but the room was quite cool, which made it hard to sleep well.

I received a warm welcome, the hosts were very helpful, parking and permits were provided, the room was comfortable, and the location was great.
