The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel had a terrible standing power outage, no air conditioning, and the room couldn’t be ventilated; it was a really bad option for hot weather.

I like this hotel and have reviewed it several times before; it has its flaws but is currently undergoing a major refurbishment, so it will likely be very different by the New Year.

L’emplacement , proximité de la gare top. Le petit déjeuner était bien également. Le manque de personnel. Le peu de personnel à disposition était néanmoins très bien. Hôtel en travaux donc pas d’accès au spa. Prévenu o dernier moment

The staff were very welcoming, the room was good, and the pool was great.

We had a very good breakfast on the terrace with a view of the pool and Mont Blanc, the loft‑style room was super pleasant, and the pool was magnificent with a view of Mont Blanc. The station is a 2‑minute walk to catch the train to the center of Chamonix, which was very useful because parking was impossible in Chamonix during the UTMB weekend; trains run roughly every thirty minutes. Additionally, the tickets were offered by the hotel. There is parking in front of the hotel. The only downside is that there is no restaurant on site for dinner.
