The proximity to attractions, the service provided, and the infrastructure were all excellent. Everything was fine!
Everything was calm and tidy, and the receptionist was friendly, yet the bathroom lacked a door, making it feel odd, and something dripped from the ceiling, likely due to moisture.
“Fin de semana en Arequipa”
The location is very central, but the staff and housekeeping need improvement; the sheets and pillows were dirty, we had to ask for replacements, the room was dusty, and the staff were not very friendly, so we hope they’ll address these issues soon.
“Decepcionante”
The spot was decent, but the bathroom had no vent and no door, which felt unacceptable for a supposedly simple room; I had to move hotels the next day and couldn’t stay a minute longer.
