Very clean, we got early check‑in as Accor members and unlimited free coffee; the mattresses were very comfortable and the rooms were typical for Japan, making for a great stay even with a midnight earthquake. The pillows were firm and crunchy.

The location was excellent, and everything else was great—thanks for that. The room was a bit small, but overall it was pretty good for Japan.
