The location is quiet, yet there’s no lift, the stair railings are missing, the vending machine is broken, and it’s expensive

We were not at all pleased to be greeted by a screen; it’s amazing that there was nothing in French or any other language, nor a phone call! The reception—or lack thereof—was not in French, and Morat was not assisted in French.

Very good hotel, clean and comfortable. No air conditioning, the room was the closest to the entrance so it felt very busy, otherwise it was top.

B&B without breakfast? The room was right at the entrance: lights switched on and off by other guests, the entrance with a steel ramp was very loud, the room was heated like a sauna, far too expensive for what it was, totally impersonal.
