“Large resort, good facilities, great rooms, everything needed. Lovely staff however too large for us”
The rooms were well suited, staff were helpful and polite, and the pools were terrific, with an adult pool as well. However, moisture in the rooms was a major issue if a door was left open. One breakfast restaurant was chaotic; too many people crowding the buffet spoiled the atmosphere. The beach wasn’t really swimmable during our visit and felt too dangerous. The resort was a bit too large for us and felt somewhat impersonal.
We booked two rooms with private pool access; the resort felt luxurious and we didn’t even use a quarter of its facilities. The night before we left, I ordered breakfast boxes the previous evening and received containers with orange juice, a sandwich for the road, a pastry and a banana. The bar by the pool was cool, and room service was tasty. There’s an app to request fresh towels and anything missing from the room. Shuttle service to the main road is available. My daughter left her iPad in the sofa; after she remembered, the front desk found it and only gave it back after confirming she was in contact with them. On the way back we ordered the shuttle again and waited a long time for it; honestly, if we had walked we would have arrived sooner.
Great good, fantastic location for the beach. Great facilities for kids. And beautiful. The room was damp from humidity. However when I informed the staff they were at my room in less than 5 minutes with 2 humidifier machines which solved the issue
The rooms, especially the 2‑bedroom teen suite, were generous in size and well kept, except for a mild damp smell. The location was very convenient, with buggies to the local street that has restaurants, massage parlors, and 7‑11‑style stores… a fun night market is a quick cab ride away with plenty of food and shopping stalls. Overall we enjoyed our week, although there were some disappointments. While the kids loved the pool and slides and everything ran smoothly, the cocktails and shakes were low quality, made from artificial juices rather than real fruit or juice. Breakfast was the most disappointing; after staying at many Thai hotels of various star ratings, this was by far the lowest quality. There were plenty of options, but the quality, cleanliness, and restocking were lacking. Fresh vegetables and eggs were available but still unappealing.

I loved the incredible set up in this hotel. All the staff did an excellent job. All of them deserve 5 stars. This was Thai hospitality at it's finest. I loved the design of the hotel. The pool and water facilities were amazing Great memories were created. The lady at reception Bird was her name was extremely helpful and kind I hope she and all staff get a payrise. The only thing I didn't like was there was no sauna available to use, unfortunately
