I only liked how central the place was. The key was left in a dusty, dirt‑filled kiosk outside. We couldn’t find a mattress for the night, so we suffered the cold without turning on the air conditioner, which was positioned above the bed opposite the shower, leaving us with zero privacy. Breakfast was heartbreaking, with tiny cake pieces and only three cups for three double rooms—less than one per person—and we had to clean up ourselves. The breakfast area was a cramped, windowless cubby with a raised platform that felt like a prison. When we checked the wardrobe in the room for a mattress, we found another dusty, smelly pillow instead.

The spot was spot-on, right in the “centro storico.” Parking was literally a minute away, and you could stroll to every gem nearby.

Second floor without an elevator—good to know ahead of time. Breakfast was disappointing. Improve the breakfast and inform guests about the two steep staircases.
