Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The dinner at the restaurant was tasty and the waiters were friendly. However, the first night the room smelled, had cockroaches, and was dirty; a few days later another cockroach appeared in the bathroom. The housekeeping was subpar and the breakfast was disappointing.

The atmosphere was cozy. The gym and pool were lacking.
