Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The air conditioning didn’t work (around 25-30°C), there was no toilet paper, no Wi‑Fi, and only one bathroom for four rooms. After asking, they increased the number of bathrooms to two. They showed good intention by providing fans.

Nothing good. Everything, from the reception to the room, was terrible. The owner must have been tormented at some point in her life; I don’t think people are born like that.

The owner’s kindness, a person of heart. Nothing else.

Nothing good. Certain facilities shouldn’t be listed on Booking; we booked for six people… on 31 December the radiators didn’t work in any room except one, and we suffered a lot of cold and had to sleep with jackets; minimal services were not guaranteed and we couldn’t check out because no one was available. There were no duvets and the blankets were covered in hair. I’m sorry, but this was a terrible experience not to repeat!

I was close to the city center, but they claimed there was a platform issue that left some guests without rooms.
