Great spot, but that's about it.

“Not worth it”
Great spot, but that's about it. The staff didn't speak a word of English, which made things tough. The rooms are old and the cleaning was pretty lacking - we walked in and it was clear it hadn't been done properly. The towels weren't much better, all torn and with holes.
“Easy stay”
This place was super convenient and clean, made our stay easy. No complaints, worked out well for us.
“Basic but clean”
Room was clean and fresh, towels were changed daily which was a plus. That's about all I can say, didn't have any major issues but nothing special either.
