I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, I enjoyed the communal atmosphere and met some great people during my stay. The dinner was decent, and the WiFi was excellent in the common areas. Our tour guide for the full-day truck tour was fantastic and really made the experience. However, my room fell short of expectations with issues like splintered plywood flooring, non-functional power outlets, and cold water showers.

I chose this camp due to the transparent pricing for Jeep tours and other activities on their website, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The camp staff did an excellent job keeping the camp clean and attending to all our needs. We had warm water for showers, which was a luxury I didn't expect in the desert, and the food was fantastic! The camp itself is situated in a wind-protected valley and features a beautiful sand dune with an incredible view.
