“Fantastic”
Everything was brilliant: the staff were fantastic, the rooms were great and comfortable, the food was amazing, and the location was perfect. Nothing negative.
The hotel is well located, the staff are friendly, the beds are comfy, and the shower is amazing.
The location and the comfortable bed are positives, but I would not book the hotel again because it is simply too expensive and offers very little service. There are super great cheap hotels nearby where you feel welcomed and not just processed as a number. I experienced much better service for much less money in Madagascar.
