The staff at the top level were kind, but the online team replied quite slowly. Overall it was fine since we only stayed at night. The guards below need to be more attentive and escort guests to their rooms or to someone in charge.

False advertising: the room is very small and the partition is just wood.

The unit sits on the 4th floor and there's no elevator for guests. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the room faces the road and is noisy. The lack of an elevator and the price don't match what the place offers.
