The location is superb (5 min to Kirchplatz), value for money is top, rooms are clean and check‑in is hassle‑free. The windows are very thin and poorly sound‑proofed. We were woken up in the morning by the construction site next door; every conversation can be heard, whether the windows are open or closed.

Clean and well‑located. No elevators and nobody was there to greet us.

The location worked great for exploring the area, but the photos were misleading because there was no pool in the real outdoor space.

The room was roomy and the spot was pretty central, yet the windows are extremely thin and there’s zero soundproofing, so you can hear everything outside; I sent a message via Booking and never got a reply, and there’s no staff at reception to chat with.
