The owners’ hospitality was excellent, yet the building felt outdated, the bathroom cleanliness was lacking, the shower knob had mold, and the price‑to‑quality ratio was off.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were quiet; the garden was lovely and breakfast offered a good selection of fresh fruit, but buses ran rarely in the evening from Rieti and even less on weekends, taxis weren’t available and there were no Uber options, making it hard to reach the village without a car.

The location was very convenient for the place we needed to go, but the room price seemed a bit high.

The best part of my stay was the parking - it was literally right outside the hotel. I mean, that's not something you usually hear people raving about, but it was honestly a lifesaver for me. The rest of the experience was just as seamless, with friendly staff and a spotless room that made me feel right at home. I'm not sure what more you could ask for.
