The view was beautiful and the pool area/property looked great. The host answered all my questions promptly. If you’re after a secluded, romantic spot, this is the place.

The apartment was wonderful, the surroundings were nice, and the pool was great, but the kitchen had shortcomings if you cook daily – there were too few utensils, missing a salad bowl, a cutting board, a larger knife, and so on. Because the place also has a pool, there was a big lack of a drying rack to hang wet towels, bathrobes, and clothes from hiking or cycling. It would not be bad to have the option of fresh bread delivery, a basket of treats, and good wine, as some other places offer.

The location was good, but the hydro massage bathtub was non‑functional and the spray view discouraged use; after a quick test it was clear it didn't work. Why have a bathtub that doesn't work? The remaining shower in the tub was very uncomfortable. It would be better to have a modern, spacious shower cabin instead.

I would definitely book again at Agriturismo Terra Rosa. The garden is perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, with views over the vineyards and the Val di Chiana valley. It’s a quiet spot to unwind, escape the crowds, and enjoy yourself, and it also works well as a base to explore nearby towns. The rooms are charming, rustic, and furnished in a Tuscan style, with exposed beams and windows in every room. The pool is a nice extra. The beds are comfortable and everything is spotless. Parking is covered and secure. The only small issue was that the kitchen didn’t have an extra good knife, cutting board, or cheese grater. I have no complaints – it’s a place you fall in love with.

We stayed here for a week and it was exactly what we were looking for: a lovely spot surrounded by greenery and vineyards, with absolute tranquility. The location is great for visiting Montepulciano, Tuoro sul Trasimeno, Castiglione della Pescaia, and many other local destinations; we even spent an afternoon in Assisi, which is easily reachable. The property is impeccably maintained, has a beautiful pool, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The apartment had every comfort and was especially clean. Thanks for the hospitality; we’ll carry this little paradise in our hearts. Even our little three‑and‑a‑half‑year‑old had a great time.
