The location’s great, close to two metro lines; the common area is very functional with everything—microwave, fridge, kettle. The room was comfy and nicely decorated. Especially the host’s friendliness, who greeted me warmly, sent me place suggestions, and answered every question right away.

The calm and the geographic position are positives, but the upstairs neighbour was a downside.

The room was huge, and the shared kitchen had a fridge, induction, washer, and dishwasher—everything needed for a few days in Rome. The bathroom was very good. Remember that booking doesn’t charge the fee (we paid 60 euros for 5 nights) nor the bed linen fee of 15 euros per guest. Silvio was super friendly, no trouble getting into the apartment, they greet you and explain everything. In the area there are good breakfast spots, but you have to look for them; some are very touristy and pricey. If you wander, you’ll find places to eat or dine at great prices and not touristy—100% recommended, we’ll definitely return. The only caveat is that at night the area is dark, though not unsafe; it’s a zone of embassy, bank, and office dependencies.
