Everything was great, especially the service: the staff were professional, efficient, and the young people helped with any small issue.

The wet area was decent, though the jacuzzi kept saying reset and never produced bubbles. The room was tiny, the drains made noise all night, a fire alarm light flashed continuously, hallway lights stayed on all night, the beds were hard and rattled with every movement, making it hard to sleep.

This hotel is perfect, brand‑new and meeting the highest quality standards, right at the foot of the Cajas for those who don’t want to sleep at such high altitude. It seems to have few visitors at the moment.
