The location is super central, the staff are friendly, the cleanliness and breakfast are excellent, and there is nothing negative.

The location was great, but we were given a very small room hardly enough for our luggage and it was different from the one we selected when booking.
The location is fantastic, right in central Lisbon, but the room had an unpleasant smell, the bedroom was very tight, and the showers and basins needed maintenance.
The hotel sits at the heart of the city’s festivities, and from the airport to the hotel everything can be done by transport without any hassle; the staff are incredibly kind. However, there is mold in the room and a lot of dampness, as if the VMCs are not working; the air feels unbreathable unless you open the window.
