“Excellent séjour, confortable, calme et parfaitement satisfaisant sur tous les aspects.”

I especially appreciated the quality of the reception, the professionalism and availability of the staff throughout my stay, the room was clean, comfortable, well equipped with good quality bedding, the hotel’s location is also ideal, close to Haram yet quiet, overall everything came together for a great stay, I highly recommend this establishment, honestly there is nothing negative to report, everything met or exceeded my expectations.

“Scam”

The location is fine when the roads are clear, but the services feel like a scam; the rooms were filthy, and the promised Wi‑Fi never worked. Management shows zero accountability—no one takes responsibility for these problems. This place turned my trip to Mecca into a nightmare; you’d be better off sleeping elsewhere.

Spacious and clean rooms. A small issue that, if resolved, would greatly improve the hotel is the noise entering the room from under the door, as there is a gap between the door and the floor, allowing sound to pass through
