The property was very clean and the service excellent; the friendly staff made us feel at home.

The rooms looked clean and tidy, but the staff weren’t very welcoming. They even forgot our booking, causing a 30‑minute delay at check‑in. Some amenities weren’t provided until we asked. Wi‑Fi didn’t work at first; the staff gave us a separate router, but the connection still didn’t work. There was no breakfast option available, even though it was advertised on the app, which is misleading.

The breakfast was plentiful and good, as were the dinners on site. The reception and service were friendly, and bike rentals were available. The location feels a bit isolated from the city, and there are many mosquitoes.
