Cozy little house, nicely decorated, everything you need is there. Lovely spot among trees, lots of green, singing birds, plenty of privacy. And the hot tub in the backyard makes it complete!!

A lovely spot to relax for a bit. The hot tub is fantastic. The house is very nice and modernly furnished. Comfortable bed and shower. The record player with old vinyl is a fun addition. Plenty of forest nearby for great walks. A bottle of wine with a personal note was waiting for us upon arrival. Definitely worth a repeat visit. No complaints.

The caravan felt cozy and homely, with all the essentials. The hot tub was a nice touch, and although the instructions weren’t in English, I translated them on my phone. The hotel’s amenities were great, and the pool stayed open until 21:30 in August, which the kids enjoyed. The playparks, football pitch, and bouncy pillow were well used. The owners welcomed us with a bottle of red wine and were quick to answer questions. It’s only half an hour from Efteling and 20 minutes from Beekse Bergen. There’s a small shop at the adjacent hotel, but it closes at 17:00; Aldi is open until 21:00 and is about 10‑15 minutes away. (On the way to Beekse Bergen) Cleaning isn’t included, which I didn’t know when I booked. That’s a problem for me because I have mobility issues, so I’d rather not be doing a lot of cleaning on holiday. I also had to bring my own bedding, towels, and tea towels. The place needed a thorough clean when we arrived, and the stale cigarette smell was hard to shake off. After a long trip, having to clean everything was exhausting. Even though everything you need is supplied, some of the cutlery could use an upgrade. The garden area looked neglected, with many dead plants. It’s a 5‑10 minute walk to the hotel amenities along a dirt track, so your feet get pretty dirty in flip‑flops or crocs. There’s a foot wash by the pool.

Far from Amsterdam, the property is surrounded by many pretty little houses, some of which are rentable, and the people are very friendly; there's plenty of silence and nature. A hotel is nearby and you can use the pool and bar for free, but everything closes a bit early and there's nothing close by to shop.

Nice property, the house is well furnished. Guests are expected to clean, and superficially everything is fine, but a deep cleaning should be arranged from time to time. The corners of the rooms were full of spider webs, and the circulation would benefit from a bit of upkeep.
