The breakfast was the best we've ever had. With a good selection and individually made, which is a rarity these days. The location for the restaurant overlooking the bay is outstanding. Plus being able to charge our EV using our Electroverse card was both cheap and convenient. Our room was on the small side but it was as described so it was ultimately our choice

The room was spotless, but there was a serious issue: my husband slipped on a shower floor that lacked a non‑slip mat, nearly causing a serious injury; he only hit his head and was fine. If you have a disability, this place isn’t suitable. The dinners were outrageously pricey, £74 for fish and chips plus pudding.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the facilities were excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the gym was well equipped, though it was a bit confusing to figure out how to access the hot tub and other facilities. Breakfast only began late in the morning.

The hotel looked far more spacious and luxurious online than it actually is. The staff were lovely and helpful, but our room was small and the mini‑fridge that arrived was the smallest I’ve ever seen, insufficient for our needs. The Wi‑Fi was weak, forcing us to use our hotspot. The chair in the room was wobbly and uncomfortable. Our room sat above the kitchen, and a large extractor pipe ran along the exterior wall, producing a loud humming noise whenever the kitchen was in use.
