The pool, room, and beds are very comfortable; they offer coffee in the mornings, a fridge, and a small kitchen for sandwiches; D1 is a block away, and Juan Valdez and Popsy are nearby. The beach is about four blocks away where the boardwalk starts, the people are friendly, the pool stays open until 8 pm, it’s close to the center, we loved our stay, and the air conditioning and hot water are great.

Everything was spotless—bathrooms, towels, pool, common areas, sheets—all to my liking. The rooms had air conditioning running perfectly, and the staff were very attentive to any request. 🥰

Belsy was really helpful and friendly, which made the stay pleasant. The only downside was that the bathroom didn’t have any soap or shampoo supplied.

Belsy took great care of us from the moment we arrived until we left, giving clear directions, good tips, and even letting us store our luggage both at check‑in and after checkout. The room’s air‑conditioning was a hassle – the remote was confusing and seemed to malfunction, so we ended up sleeping with the unit off.
