I liked the place, overall it was a solid 8.0/10 experience.

Nothing special. The toilets were unhygienic and smelled of urine.

Staff were good and supportive. They were quick in responding to our cancellation request. Firstly the location of the property is not good. Entrance seems like we are entering from basement. Secondary there is only one exit to the property so technically no fire exit. Bathroom and the rooms were small and old styled, hence not suitable for family of 4
