The hotel is close to my destination, but the mattress was the most uncomfortable thing I've slept on in my 70 years.

It is comfortable specially the beds and the pillows, are amazing, the air conditioning is very good, the water pressure in the shower is very good, everything was good. The only thing that i would like to be improved is the cleaning in the shower, is not 100% clean, is not bad but can be better, also that should have bottles of water in the room, but there wasn’t, and it should include the breakfast for the price but is not

I was in town for a doctor’s appointment and asked for an early check‑in, which was denied. I booked two king beds but received only one king bed, and when I requested a refund or discount, nothing was given; I will not stay here again. I couldn’t check in early and didn’t get the room I reserved.

The staff was helpful, but we stayed on the interstate side of the hotel and the traffic noise was very annoying.
