The host, Crissy, was lovely and served a great cooked breakfast with fresh ground coffee, cereals, and toast, offering extra servings when needed. The bedroom was spotless and clean, and the rooms were very large and spacious. Each room had a fridge with fresh milk, biscuits, and tea/coffee. Overall, it was a lovely stay with no negative points.

The landlady was great, the breakfast was lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It even included a useful fridge, bottles of water, and fresh milk. The kettle and drink‑making facilities were also available. Downstairs is a bar if required, and parking is included.

We had a lovely stay. Chrissie was friendly and did so much for us that we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was lovely, and our room was spacious, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good, situated between the South and Central Piers and just a short walk from the seafront and promenade. Parking spaces at the hotel are limited, but that isn’t an issue because there are local, good‑priced car parks nearby. It’s a great place to stay with wonderful hospitality, and we’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

The value for money was excellent, the place was very very clean, and the breakfast was the best ever. There were no issues; everything was clean and nothing was too much trouble.

Everything was fine; the host was so accommodating, and nothing was a bother. The room was large and very well furnished, very homely.
