“Horrible and revolting.”
Breakfast was in bad shape. I booked a pet‑friendly room, but the carpet smelled like urine so badly it made my eyes water. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they shrugged and said the carpets just needed cleaning. Apparently the only fix is to tear up the sub‑floor and replace it. The whole place feels poorly run and managed.
The bed was decent, but the blankets had holes. The bathroom was okay but lacked enough towels. The AC was really old, and the room had a terrible smoke smell even though it was a non‑smoking room. Overall, it’s fine for a single night but I wouldn’t stay longer.
“I would not stay here again the outside was not bad just the smell in some area’s it was the inside”
The spot was spot‑on—food was everywhere nearby and nothing was far. The pool seemed tidy. However, roaches were present, the toilet seat was broken, and Wi‑Fi in one room failed. The room had a strong odor, a chair was filthy, so we stashed our bags in the car to avoid bringing bugs back. Every time we left, we had to get a new key because the lock would stop working. The staff weren’t rude, but they were neither friendly nor welcoming.
Roaches in the rooms. They don’t offer extra blankets or towels, and everything is very dirty.
Nothing good—just a disgusting stay. The room was dirty, full of roaches and flies, smelled like dirt and cigarettes, and they didn’t clean it at all. I had to ask for a room change.
