I booked for 22.30, and check‑in was only possible until 23.00, yet nobody was at the front desk—there isn’t even a desk. The emergency number card was useful, but no one answered. I might have to look for another hotel in Brussels; the service was 0,0, so I’d stay away.
It was super cheap, the service was nicer than expected, and the breakfast was excellent—full marks all around, and I’ll definitely return.

The location was fine, but it was extremely rude that you weren’t warned about the ongoing renovation and were woken up at 7 am – definitely impolite for the price paid.
“Sfeervol hotel met riant hotel”
The bed was comfortable and the breakfast tasty, but the room key I received was for an already‑occupied room; the confusion about room occupancy was cleared up quickly. There are scaffolding against the façade, and fortunately there was no construction work on Saturday, though the view was blocked.
The option to split the family room into two double rooms during construction was handled very smoothly, and everything else was fine—nothing to complain about.
