It is one of my wife’s and my favorite hotels, with wonderful location and services; the only thing I don’t like, which is unrelated to the hotel, is the amount of seaweed in the water, which varies with the currents.

Everything was fast 😊, but the pool music was a bit too loud.

The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable, but there are no ice machines so you have to request ice; we received a large bag that lasted the whole stay and more, but it melted all over the fridge and we had to ask for it three times; the room was not serviced during our stay, and on the last morning someone from housekeeping knocked on our door to ask if we were leaving, as if they couldn’t wait for us to depart—very unaccommodating and quite rude.

The staff was very friendly, and the property itself was great, but you have to use room service just to get ice.

Nothing will; it stays here again. The kitchen staff were rude, and the property is super outdated.
