The stay was comfortable, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Manager Aga was very kind and helpful, and the receptionist Izmir was also very friendly. Highly recommended! Nothing negative.

The location was excellent, the breakfast was great, and the rooms were lovely, well‑heated, and had good bathrooms. The staff were kind and courteous. They let us check in at 5 am, even though normal check‑in is at 2 pm, with no extra charge, and they offered free breakfast too! They have in‑house tours at the cheapest rates (I checked other operators); we took a tour to Shahdag by their private car. The hotel has a lift, which is great for senior citizens! They offer airport pick‑up and drop‑off at cheaper rates than airport taxis. I’ll stay there again if I visit Baku again.

I liked the hotel. For all four days of my stay I felt at home. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient. My room was clean and the breakfast tasty. The hotel lives up to its category.
