The place was fantastic, but the bathroom left something to be desired.

The décor was spotless and the uniquely built beds seemed perfect for families, especially kids, yet checking in took far too long and I felt odd having to pay the lodging tax right before arrival; it felt like a tip you’d expect abroad, but in Japan it just seemed unnecessary to pay extra at that moment.
