The room was large and spacious, clean. The bedding comfort was top. The instructions for entering the accommodation were clear.

The cleanliness was good. In the bar fridge, only two beers were available for purchase. Water, which should have been on the list (and also paid for), was missing due to a staff oversight.

“Clean, big bathroom, little far from center 20 minutes walking but tram is close by”

Clean, new facilities, very close to the tram “statuto” stop. The bathroom is big, with good water pressure. Excellent location if you rent a car; there’s plenty of parking by the road. Getting into the house was easy, the instructions were very helpful, and there’s even a video to show you. The place is a little far from the center; you’ll need to take the tram to save time, otherwise it’s a 20‑minute walk. During our stay the week was sunny at 37°C and it was very hot. There’s a small minibar, but everything costs extra—no complimentary water bottle. The espresso machine was very dirty, so we didn’t use it.

“Très bien, c’était très propre, je recommande fortement.”

It matched the photos, well set up, very clean and comfortable. We had a good stay. The sound insulation isn’t optimal, and the room was very humid; a dehumidifier would be handy. We kept the window open all the time.
