Located on Collins Avenue, it's surrounded by famous nightclubs, restaurants, and shopping centers. The hotel features two on-site bars, a restaurant, and a pool with cabanas and hammocks. Guestrooms include 42-inch flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms.

The private beach was really nice and the pool stayed quiet during our stay, which was great. Breakfast was decent. There was no restaurant at the hotel and no recommendations. We booked a room for four adults with a baby bed request, but none were available. When we entered the room we realized we had to move one of the two beds to make space for a baby bed, and that’s when we noticed the cleaning was only superficial. There was no microwave to warm baby food. We couldn’t reserve parking and there was no spot to park when we arrived. A family that had booked several rooms was scattered in the hallway and their chatter from room to room disrupted the calm of the place.

The location was great, with plenty of good local restaurants nearby. The staff we dealt with were rude and unhelpful. After ordering DoorDash, we asked for cutlery and were told they were not allowed to give guests a metal fork, even though the hotel offers room service. They had also run out of plastic forks, so we had to go to another hotel to ask for cutlery. A ridiculous situation over such a basic request. The walls were paper-thin. We could hear neighbouring rooms so clearly that we repeatedly thought someone was knocking on our door or coming into our room. The air also would not go below 75 despite the screen showing a change; it never became colder. Bathroom toiletries were also very limited. When we requested more shampoo, we were told they could only find soap. We tried calling reception and housekeeping multiple times, but kept getting a busy signal. Overall, getting even basic assistance was unnecessarily difficult.

La piscine le spa La nourriture et les drink Les lits sont confortables Service eau froide à la piscine L’accès à la plage La localisation. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Beaucoup de bruit on entend la musique de dehors et les gens qui parlent dans le corridor très très bruyant
