The location was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable even though they weren't very large, and the staff were very friendly. Nothing went wrong at all.

The place was well situated and the staff were kind, but the décor and the bathroom could use some improvement.

The location was excellent; we walked everywhere, there were many restaurants nearby, and it was only a few minutes from the Duomo. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was a bit basic, which is pretty typical for Italy.

It was very close to both the Santa Maria Novella train station and the Duomo. The owners were friendly and helpful, the hotel felt cozy, and breakfast was very good. The only downside is that there is no elevator, which might be an issue for someone with a lot of luggage or mobility problems.
