“Overall it is nice but washroom could have been more cleaner.”
Anu, the staff member, was really good, entertained us, and handled all our requests, but the budget was tight.

The staff are very cooperative and the food is decent, yet the rooms were extremely bad—stinking, with beds, towels, and the kettle all smelling; surrounded by jungle, insects slipped in through cracks in doors and windows, the floor was very dirty, linen was dirty, no toiletries were provided, the glasses served with water were dirty, and the room kettle and flask were very dirty.

The place was perfect for unwinding, and the meals—both dinner and breakfast—were delicious. Mr Arjun and Mr Kunal, the managers, were extremely helpful.

Our room offered an amazing view, and Snow Point was close by; the manager was very caring. The dinner we had there was the best meal of our entire stay, and Mr Kunal, our manager, is a fantastic person. Nothing was lacking.

Nothing matched the description; I was fully disappointed. The room differed completely from what the site advertised: in the Deluxe family room, one bed was of very poor quality, the plywood was broken, and there was a drop in the middle of the bed.
