The location is excellent—there’s nothing better. The property feels too old and isn’t well maintained.
The location is amazing; it’s right in the center with many decent restaurants right across from the hotel. Being in India, it was great to have room service from an Indian restaurant inside the hotel. Everything feels too old, the facilities need improvement, and the rooms are small or average.

The location is fine. Everything else is terrible: the front‑desk staff were rude; the non‑smoking room still smelled of smoke and explaining that to the staff was hard; the floor was being deep‑cleaned during my stay, so it was noisy and the carpets were wet; the room service quality varied, with food quantity and quality changing from one visit to another; there was no Wi‑Fi; and there was no city view, pool, or any view even though the room type promised everything.
