The houseboat and the harbor were nice, but accessing the boat was an issue; the owner should have warned about the distance from the dock to the boat, and there was no assistance such as a small bridge from the unpaved dock to the boat.

We spent a few lovely days on the houseboat. The cabin was comfortably furnished, offering a completely new experience. Unfortunately, we had no way to contact the hosts to express our thanks.

It was truly a wonderful short break. The houseboat was decorated with great care and taste. The hosts supplied drinks and snacks for us. The beds are super comfy and everything is thought out to make you feel at home. At times it was very stormy. The furniture on the upper deck kept sliding around; it could be secured better. There is no ladder from the dock to the boat, which is impossible. We had a height difference of 1,20 m. Anyone not a bit athletic will have a big problem. A step on the railing or something would be great. That is a major drawback. The photo shows the height difference.
