The place is gorgeous, set in lush greenery and meticulously cared for; we stayed two nights and loved everything—from spotless cleanliness and total silence to breathtaking views over the hills of Fermo and the San Giorgio harbor, with the owners being incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. It would have been perfect in this scorching summer to have an air‑conditioner, or at least a ceiling fan.
